MOTOR SURVEY
This involve Investigate and negotiate in an efficient manner, and in compliance with a variety of requirements, including conduct witness interviews, take statements and consult with police reports. Then, we produce a comprehensive investigation report which covers all relevant aspects including legal firm touts, call-men, tow truck driver and police sources. All evidences and documents will be submitted to respective insurance company for proceeding claim.
PRIVATE INVESTIGATION
This involve a vast ground networking and knowledge to detect and expose scheming plots used by fraudsters in their fraudulent claims. We monitor people who you believe are engaging in suspicious activity or expose people’s activities through covert surveillance and make sure that our services are in line with your specific requests. Then, we produce an accurate report of our findings in an easy format for you to analyse. All the evidences will be maintained in your privacy.
INTENSIVE TRAINING
We strive to continuously motivate our team, monitor our cost effectiveness, improve effectiveness to clients and sustain our technical capabilities with a conscious response to change. Thus, we provide training courses to our inhouse adjusters from time to time, and recruit new adjusters to cater all all the needs of the regional Insurance markets. We also encourage our adjusters to attend courses held by the Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) and the Association of Malaysian Loss Adjusters (AMLA) to sustain their technical capabilities and professionalism in their services.

Report Editor (RE)
We prepare comprehensive adjuster report in the form of writing, presenting appropriate findings, propose solutions and negotiate settlements and agreements with third parties, clients or other concerned parties.
Motor Surveyor (MS)
We assess car damage in person and take photographs. Then, we interview witnesses or passengers involved in the accident, and gather their police reports and hospital records. For those with injury, we contact their medical provider to determine medical expenses.
Private Investigator (PI)
We search for clues to gather evidence for court cases or private clients by interviewing people, verify information, conduct surveillance, find missing persons, and gather vital facts for cases.
